Octopus Eclipse VCT plc (Formerly "Eclipse VCT plc") was launched in 2004, raising £30.7 million.

It was named “New Venture Capital Fund of the Year 2004” and was shortlisted for a number of other awards.

The fund is designed to deliver significant capital growth for its investors, all of which can be paid out in the form of tax-free dividends.
