Octopus Inheritance Tax Service (ITS) was designed in response to demand for an income generating solution to inheritance tax that is lower risk than many other solutions.

All of our inheritance tax products offer exemption from inheritance tax after two years.

Additionally, Octopus ITS is focused on capital preservation and the generation of an income of at least 3% per year.

Consistent Return

Octopus ITS is designed to provide a consistent return of 3%, but with the benefit of all the money invested becoming exempt from inheritance tax after just two years.

What's more, we've chosen to align our interests with investors by deferring payment of our annual management charges and only taking them when an investor withdraws from Octopus ITS, and only if it has generated the targeted return of 3%.
