The Octopus AIM Inheritance Tax Service (Octopus AIM ITS) offers a fast and flexible solution to inheritance tax planning and allows investors to retain control of and access to their money.

The product was designed following discussions with investors and advisers about what they wanted but weren't getting from traditional IHT products; namely speed, simplicity and control. By investing in a diversified portfolio of AIM listed companies, Octopus AIM ITS is able to offer the potential for higher returns as well as inheritance tax exemption after two years.

Investment strategy

Octopus AIM ITS invests in companies listed on the Alternative Investment Market. These are established and often well known companies, but they still qualify for Business Property Relief.  As publicly traded companies, their share prices can change, meaning that there is potential for investments to grow over time. Of course, there is the risk that their share prices will fall, and it is the job of our investment team to manage your investment to reduce the likelihood of this.
