The Team

The Specialist Finance team is responsible for making and managing investments targeting lower risk returns, thanks to strong asset backing, predictable cash flows and other forms of capital protection, for a number of Octopus products including Octopus VCT, Octopus EIS and Octopus ITS. These currently encompass circa £250 million in EIS portfolios, circa £250 million in the IHT portfolios and circa £100m in the VCTs.

The team deploys funds in a wide range of attractive markets from property to renewables and media and various forms of asset-backed opportunities. It's an exceptionally strong team comprised of investment professionals who are all highly skilled in their field.
